      We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Continuous Improvement Consultant to support the Lottery, Enterprise Marketing and Customer Experience Division through consultation with business operational areas to provide guidance on key continuous improvement initiatives driving optimization and standardization in processes.

      YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

      Reporting to the Sr Manager, Lottery Controls & Continuous Improvement, you will be empowered to:

      • Facilitate cross-functional teams in the development of repeatable operational processes to maximize resources and efficiency within an operational area.

      • Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the Lottery, Enterprise Marketing and Customer Experience Division and the Corporation through facilitation of improvement initiatives and creation of repeatable processes for operational success.

      • Support the delivery of Division initiatives (product implementations, light house initiatives) by developing efficient business processes, systems, and models, delivering within scheduled dates.

      • Optimize business operations by supporting the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives for the Division. (e.g. risk management, process design, continuous improvement, and implementing best practice standards and methodologies).

      • Ensure adherence to governance models to drive efficiencies through continuous improvement.

      • Develop repeatable strategies, standards, and methods to promote a continuous improvement mindset within Division functions.

      • Develop documentation to support new processes for alignment to organizational structures such as roles & responsibilities, RACI’s, etc.

      • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.

      WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY

      Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience planning, facilitating, developing, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, driving business optimization, and standardizing process

      Education: University degree in Business Administration or equivalent and experience in adult education/training; Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt); Knowledge of organizational change management and Agile methodology

      Critical Skills: Strong Facilitation skills (including adult learning principles); Analytical and Problem-Solving skills; Strong Interpersonal skills; Detail Oriented; Demonstrated process management and efficiency skills; Ability to gather, synthesize and translate complex data into easily understood concepts; Business Process Management software knowledge; MS Office (Intermediate Word, Excel, PPT, Visio)

      Assets: Lean Six Sigma, change management, Agile product delivery, risk management, and/or related process continuous improvement certifications

      Negotiation and Influence : Ability to negotiate and influence effectively while being open to perspectives and maintaining strong relationships

      Strategic Thinker : Strong strategic and critical thinker with ability to delve into unique challenges and find creative solutions
