- Direct leadership of 3-5 CPI projects concurrently (of varying degrees of complexity and urgency)
- Provide support to L3 green belt/project leads within E+ES assisting with the myCPI process steps, project planning and deliverable commitments to keep projects on track
- Seek opportunities to identify new and/or improved methods of making the CPI process more efficient with the aim of improving velocity across the project portfolio while maintaining highest levels of quality and effectiveness
- Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders on project priorities across the portfolio to achieve goals and deliver on customer commitments
- Collaborate with product support peers to ensure timely, effective and clear communications to dealer network related to CPI
- Support complex financial analysis of warranty exposure, warranty risk and service letter impacts for projects across the portfolio
- Establish a strong network of CPI peers to ensure best practice sharing
- Collaborate closely with enterprise quality team to support CPI process improvements
- Conduct CPI/Six Sigma training as needed to E+ES personnel
- Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of progressively relatable experience
- Previous team leader, supervisory experience, or project leadership
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Highly organized
- Ability to influence others not under direct supervision
- Strong analytical skills and experiences
- Operates with sense of urgency
- Engineering degree
- Six Sigma black belt training or certification
- 5+ year of experience working on or leading CPI projects
- Cross functional work experiences within engineering, procurement, and/or manufacturing
- Depth of knowledge in my CPI platform
- Experienced with warranty and DPU analysis and relation to product problem management
- Knowledge of E+ES product line
- Strong focus on quality and customers
- Position will sit in Mossville, IL, Lafayette, IN, Aurora, IL, Griffin, GA, or Clayton, NC
- Position may require up to 20% travel
- Hybrid work schedule is available. Role supports a combination of remote work and on-site work on a weekly basis

The E+ES team is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead - CPI Blackbelt who is passionate and motivated to meet these challenges in delivering continuous improvement of product problems through direct leadership of projects leveraging the CPI (Continuous Process Improvement) process. This highly rewarding role offers clearly visible results through improved quality and warranty as well as direct feedback from dealers and customers.
The role also offers excellent visibility and networking opportunities as you work across E+ES and the enterprise collaborating with support teams in engineering, corporate quality, prime product organizations, PSLD, global service, purchasing and many others.
