      Your main tasks and responsibilities:

      • Responsible for training staff on Lean principles.
      • Responsible for scheduling and managing regular 5S events.
      • Responsible for scheduling and managing value stream mapping and workflow events to identify opportunities to reduce complexity and improve performance.
      • Actively monitors effectiveness by developing and examining KPI’s; collects, evaluates, and presents accurate and concise data to local managers.
      • Ensure that Sulzer continually refines, streamlines, and optimizes its work processes for the best repairs and the highest obtainable quality.
      • Interface with other Division Superintendents and Management to ensure an optimum working relationship with the Divisions.
      • Executes additional improvement projects, tasks or duties as directed.

      To succeed in this role, you will need:

      • Extensive hands-on shop experience in machinery repair.
      • Technical knowledge of turbomachinery.
      • 5+ years of management/supervisory/Lean 5S experience
