      Where the chemistry happens…

      As a member of the Monomers, North America (CMN) Supply Chain team, you will lead projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact in the Monomers regional business unit. In this role, you will serve as a quality management liaison for the business unit as well as coordinate and conduct the leadership team RCMS review. In addition, you will work to improve non-conformance effectiveness and Cost of Poor Quality using trend analysis and continuous improvement tools. You will partner with customers, to enhance the customer experience regarding quality and performance measures and will work regularly with business unit leaders in business management, operations, and supply chain to institute best practices and to support the strategic initiatives of the Monomers business (CM) globally. This is a hybrid role which will work at the Wyandotte, MI site at least 3 days per week and remotely up to 2 days per week. Travel, up to 10%, should be expected.

      As a Continuous Improvement/Quality Management Leader, you create chemistry by…

      • Leading and managing Lean/Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects through all phases including project selection, definition, implementation, reporting, and closure.
      • Providing input into the development of the business deployment strategy, goals, and priorities, and leading projects to support this strategy.
      • Serving as an expert resource related to Lean/Six Sigma and digitalization in Supply Chain and other areas of the business.
      • Acting as the North American Recall/Withdrawal Manager for the regional business unit.
      • Analyzing and reporting on non-conformance management, monitoring and tracking trends, and recommending improvement initiatives.
      • Overseeing all supply chain related controls and audits to ensure compliance.

      If you have...

      • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
      • Minimum 7+ years in one or more of the following: Project management, Quality management, Supply Chain management.
      • Minium 2+ years of experience with SAP R/3 modules QM and/or Production (Preferably with S/4 HANA).
      • Prefer: Working knowledge of six sigma/lean, and/or blackbelt methodology.
      • Prefer: Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Analysis, or similar platforms.
      • Proven track record managing by influence with indirect teams.
