      Job Overview:
      We are seeking an experienced Accountant/CPA to join our team on a contractor basis, specializing in Quality of Earnings (QofE) engagements. The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of financial statement analysis, due diligence, and transaction advisory services. You will work closely with our clients to assess the accuracy and reliability of financial statements, identify potential risks, and ensure a transparent financial picture is presented during mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Conduct comprehensive Quality of Earnings analyses to assess the financial health of client businesses.
      • Review and evaluate financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
      • Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for clients.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and value-add to our clients.
      • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices to ensure our analyses meet or exceed expectations.
      • Communicate findings effectively to clients, providing insights that enable informed decision-making.
      • Stay updated with regulatory requirements and accounting standards related to GAAP and IFRS.

      Requirements

      • Proven experience in Quality of Earnings analysis.
      • 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, or audit positions.
      • Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis software.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
      • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
