      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the documentation of supply and service agreements to ensure compliance with business objectives and regulatory requirements
      - Communicate with National Contracting teams to maintain accuracy in contract management and repository integrity
      - Host weekly meetings to track the progress of National contracts and resolve issues as they arise
      - Collaborate with Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) teams during Merger & Acquisition activities
      - Maintain and load agreements in approved repositories, ensuring up-to-date templates are accessible for the Contracting teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suite
      - Strong organization and task-oriented capabilities, particularly in contract administration management
      - Ability to manage multiple email distribution lists and effectively communicate announcements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with contract management systems and Lean processes
      - Familiarity with Jaggaer Workflow and DocuSign
      - Previous involvement in Merger & Acquisition activities within healthcare settings
      - Understanding of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) dynamics
      - Proven ability to solve customer service inquiries effectively
