      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and analyze contracts processed by an AI extraction tool to validate data accuracy
      - Compare extracted metadata against source documents to ensure correctness
      - Correct and refine extracted data to ensure high-quality metadata output
      - Collaborate with Legal Operations and CLM teams to ensure accurate data entry into the CLM platform
      - Identify recurring extraction issues and provide feedback to enhance AI tool performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Experience with contract review, data validation, or metadata management preferred
      - Familiarity with CLM platforms and AI-powered data extraction tools is a strong advantage
      - High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
      - Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Previous experience in legal operations or contract management
