What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing documentation
- Coordinate all stages of contract development, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements
- Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners during contract negotiations
- Track and monitor contract obligations, deliverables, and renewal timelines
- Maintain accurate records in the contract lifecycle management system and uphold audit readiness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree with 1 year of relevant work experience OR High school diploma/GED with 2 years of applicable work experience
- Experience in contract administration, accounting, or compliance
- At least 21 years of age
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any state/federal licensing requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and insurability through the employer's insurance policy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a comparable position
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting software
