      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Negotiate, draft, and manage contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers, and partners
      - Serve as a subject-matter expert, providing support to various business units in all matters related to contract formation and negotiation
      - Prepare, organize, and maintain contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance
      - Liaise with Accounting, Pricing, and Customer Service to identify and resolve customer discrepancies
      - Ensure ongoing compliance with Federal, State, local laws, and Company policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of contracts administration or relevant legal or paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate environment and/or law firm
      - Experience in drafting contracts and business agreements
      - Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities at all levels
      - Acute problem-solving aptitude and ability to balance business needs with customer empathy
      - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage numerous business initiatives in a time-sensitive manner

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated healthcare environment
      - Self-starter and strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to implement competitive strategies
      - High level of technical proficiency with familiarity in leading contract management systems
