      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Negotiate, draft, and manage contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers, and partners
      - Serve as a subject-matter expert, providing support in contract formation, negotiation, and execution
      - Prepare, organize, and maintain contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance
      - Liaise with Accounting, Pricing, and Customer Service to identify and resolve customer discrepancies
      - Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of contracts administration or relevant legal or paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate environment or law firm
      - Experience in drafting contracts and business agreements
      - Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities at all levels
      - Acute problem-solving aptitude, balancing business needs and customer situations
      - High level of technical proficiency to manage across multiple systems and platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated healthcare environments
      - Self-starter and strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to implement competitive strategies
      - Familiarity with leading contract management systems
