What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and manage contracts for the Office of Youth and Community Restoration
- Perform complex technical analysis and coordination for contract development
- Interpret and apply various legal codes and regulations related to contracts

- Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have knowledge of state IT and non-IT procurements
- Experience in contract administration and management
- Ability to negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with statements of work, requests for proposals, and service contracts
- Familiarity with California and Federal Code of Regulations
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook
