What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the workflow of all contract stages, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts
- Provide business-oriented legal/commercial contract advice directly to business clients
- Maintain and update the contracts database, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate decision-making and contract performance monitoring
- Develop metrics and reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of contract functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in negotiating and drafting contracts, with a strong understanding of contract management and lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to understand legal and financial implications
- Exceptional negotiation techniques and drafting skills
- Proven ability to manage a significant volume of agreements in a timely manner
