What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, review, and maintain contracts that comply with regulations, policies, and standards
- Identify and notify management of potential operational, legal, and financial issues during document development
- Manage and maintain contract template documents and reference materials for generating agreements
- Maintain precise documentation of contractual records and resolutions for future reference
- Monitor contract anniversaries for renewal and coordinate with departments for renegotiation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program (Required)
- Associate's Degree in a Related Field of Study (Preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare regulatory environment
- Proficiency in legal writing and legal analysis
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting
