What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administration, execution, and reconciliation of contracts and vendor management
- Support vendor managed program processing, operations, and customer service
- Track contract terms and address questions regarding payments and contract terms
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to gather requirements and analyze data
- Assist in the development of technology roadmaps and vendor relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in an analytical or business-related field
- Foundational experience in supporting IT contracts or vendor coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders
- Basic understanding of IT security principles and data management concepts
- Ability to learn and understand complex business and technology topics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or coursework related to data analysis and interpreting datasets
- Training or exposure to team-building and communication strategies
- Familiarity with vendor management best practices and service delivery models
- Interest in market trends and vendor performance indicators
- Foundational dispute-resolution and problem-solving skills
