What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end development, negotiation, and execution of clinical trial agreements and budgets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Clinical Operations, and other stakeholders to support contract lifecycle activities
- Ensure compliance of all agreements with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve contract- and budget-related issues to minimize delays
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of contracting processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Legal Studies, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience managing clinical trial agreements, contracts, or budgets within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry
- Strong understanding of contract language, budgeting principles, and clinical trial processes
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, and Clinical Operations
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to clinical trial contracting
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple agreements and deadlines simultaneously
