What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, analyze, and present data to support critical business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop Tableau reports
- Analyze business data to identify trends and define reporting requirements
- Develop and manage advanced reporting and analytics solutions for scalability and performance
- Conduct unit tests and develop database queries for data validation and troubleshooting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a dedicated Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst
- Advanced skills in Tableau architecture and development
- High-level competency in Excel, including macros and pivot tables
- Strong understanding of SQL, relational database management systems, and data modeling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with MS PowerBI
- Ability to interpret technical structures and translate complex business requirements
- Understanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions
- Proven ability to work with business owners in identifying reporting and dashboard requirements
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills
