      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in the planning and implementation of a contract compliance program, interpreting policies and regulations
      - Collaborate with project managers and department heads to review contracts and monitor compliance issues
      - Develop and maintain a system for monitoring contracts and managing databases
      - Negotiate contract renewals, amendments, and resolve audit exceptions
      - Analyze data and prepare project status reports for various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Public Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Contract Administration, Procurement, or Business Administration
      - Valid Texas Driver's License
      - Knowledge of contractual law, financial record keeping, and contract management principles
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with complex billing and contract issues in a government or non-profit setting
      - Familiarity with asset management and government debt financing regulations
      - Skills in performing contract negotiation and dispute resolution
      - Ability to interact effectively with multiple outside agencies and contractors
      - Experience in auditing complex agency invoices for contract compliance
