Job Description

Dealing with telephone enquiries regarding equipment hire, sales, repair, exchange and breakdowns
Managing equipment exchange and breakdown schedules
Process hire contracts, breakdown reports, exchange records and sales orders
Ensure good lines of communication are maintained and excellent customer service is provided
Excellent customer service skills and strong administration experience
Strong attention to detail, organised with ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
Team player,
IT literate, ability to use Microsoft Packages e.g. Excel to a good level
Salary:
£25,000 per annum + Bonus

As a Contract Coordinator based at our Fusion Utilities (Infrastructure) site in Luton (LU1 1XL), you will report into the Contract Supervisor working alongside other Coordinators.
You’ll be responsible for:
Full training can be provided in this role for the right person, willing to learn.
You will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm.
