What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and administer End User Sales Contracts, ensuring accurate eligibility for rebate-able Manufacturer Contracts
- Maintain and update membership directories for contracts, verifying eligibility for accounts linked to contracts
- Create and maintain manufacturer sales rebate contracts, including tracking and administering contract data
- Prepare, review, and analyze chargeback details sent to manufacturers, reconciling discrepancies as needed
- Participate in special projects and provide recommendations for workflow efficiency improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High School education or vocational training; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in handling complex customer service issues
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to oversee small projects
- Capacity to establish productive working relationships at multiple levels within the organization
