      Our client is a leading global business law firm looking for a collaborative, results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional problem-solving skills. Naviga is partnered with them to recruit a Contract Matter Information Specialist.

      Title: Contract Matter Information Specialist
      Location: Remote but requires candidates to be within commuting distance of the client's U.S. offices, located in: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Baltimore, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Phoenix, AZ; Raleigh, NC; Reston, VA; Sacramento, CA; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Short Hills, NJ; Silicon Valley, CA; Tampa, FL; Washington, DC; Wilmington, DE
      Duration: Indefinite contract; potential for temp-to-hire for the right candidate.
      Hours: Hours 12pm - 8:30pm EST

      Responsibilities:
      • Handle incoming Accounting Service Desk tickets
      • Perform time card edits
      • Process transfers and matter maintenance tasks
      • Update and manage address changes
      • Obtain and verify backup documentation for disbursements
      • Address various other tasks and inquiries that come to the service desk
      Requirements:
      • 3 year client billing or other relatable experience
      • MUST have Aderant, ChromeRiver, BillBlast, and ServiceNow experience
      • Law firm experience is preferred but not required
      • Must have internal customer support knowledge
      • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
      • Strong grammar, spelling, verbal, and writing skills
      • Must have the ability to approach all work activities in a customer-focused, friendly manner, even in a high-pressure environment
      • Able to work M-F 12 pm -8:30 pm EST

      Education:
      • High school diploma required
      • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field preferred
