What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain hospital, physician professional, and ASC contracts in EPIC independently and accurately
- Utilize EPIC contract modeling tools to monitor contract performance and annual rate updates
- Conduct complex analyses to assess reimbursement impact and support financial decision-making
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and Finance Teams on contract building and analysis requests
- Partner with IT for template build and testing related to contract modeling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, health or public administration, project management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted
- Minimum of five (5) years of project management and process development experience
- At least two (2) years of experience in a healthcare or financial-related role
- Strong analytical skills and experience with complex contract modeling methods
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Five or more (5+) years of experience with healthcare contracts and/or hospital insurance payor contracts
- Two or more (2+) years of experience in hospital billing revenue cycle development
- Familiarity with EPIC Resolute and its functionalities
