Assist the Office Manager in overseeing and coordinating contract processing activities at resort site.
DUTIESAssigns duties and shifts to workers and observes performances to ensure adherence to department policies and established operating procedures.
Confers and cooperates with Office Manager and other department heads to ensure coordination of activities.
Answers inquiries pertaining to department policies and procedures.
Assist in training of new team members and implementation of any new procedures to all team members.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESDirectly supervises 12 team members in the Contract Processing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
