What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage the full project lifecycle from inception to implementation and delivery
- Balance stakeholder expectations regarding project timeline, cost, and scope
- Build, track, and manage project plans to ensure deadlines are met
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, decisions, and changes
- Monitor and communicate project status effectively, adjusting resources and priorities as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Proven track record in delivering complex website projects with in-depth knowledge of project management processes
- Expertise or deep familiarity with the website development process, ideally with WordPress
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, design tools (Figma), and project management tools (ClickUp)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience operating in a hybrid role as both Account Manager and Project Manager on smaller accounts
- Experience developing Statements of Work (SOWs) based on briefs or inputs from a sales team
- Familiarity with producing websites in WordPress and Drupal, including content management and plugin integration
