What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and update contract management systems (CLM) to ensure data accuracy and system functionality
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements and monitor compliance with contract processes
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to contract authoring and CLM processes
- Provide training and support to team members on contract management systems and processes
- Contribute to various Commercial Operations projects and initiatives as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in administrative support or project management, or a High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of contract administration procedures and practices
- Proficiency in using Project Management Software and experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Familiarity with internal and external audits, including regulatory and SOX controls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and/or Life Sciences industry
- Prior experience participating in or leading projects
- LEAN experience and/or certification
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
- Strong financial and legal acumen with an understanding of contractual methodologies
