      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Operate a telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments
      - Greet individuals entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
      - Receive payment and record receipts for services rendered
      - Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars
      - Transmit information or documents to customers using computer, mail, or facsimile machine

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of full-time work experience in Health Care and Social Assistance
      - Native-level English skills
      - U.S. residency
      - Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet
      - Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement
