What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, assess, and engage qualified candidates using external platforms and internal tools
- Ensure a positive experience for applicants and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Attend career fairs and community events to promote the employer's brand and attract top talent
- Collaborate with various entities to build candidate pipelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, account management, recruiting, or consulting
- Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in human resources, sales, or customer service, including at least 6 months in sales or recruitment
- At least 1 year of experience sourcing on external platforms
- Experience working in a metric-driven environment
- Familiarity with TA/HR technology and/or HR systems
