What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles in the news and broadcast space
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Source, engage, and assess candidates with backgrounds in News, Digital, and Broadcast Media
- Ensure a streamlined and high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using Workday and other sourcing tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically for news, media, and editorial roles
- Experience with Workday ATS
- Prior experience hiring for roles in broadcast journalism
- Strong command of recruiting systems and workflows, particularly Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience hiring for Production Assistants, field producers, line producers, and editorial leadership roles
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment that demands adaptability and urgency
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions independently
