      ABOUT THE ROLE:

      We're looking for a Recruiter/Sourcer who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments and knows how to find top-tier talent before they even realize they're looking. This is not your standard recruiting role-this is for someone who lives and breathes talent discovery, creative outreach, and building pipelines from scratch.

      You'll be our go-to for surfacing hard-to-find candidates, designing sourcing strategies, and helping us fill critical roles across the business-from engineering and product to sales and operations.

      WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

      • Partner with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
      • Own top-of-funnel sourcing: build pipelines using innovative tools, channels, and techniques beyond LinkedIn (think Slack communities, GitHub, Reddit, alumni groups, events, etc.).
      • Write compelling outreach messages that cut through the noise and drive high response rates.
      • Experiment with new sourcing methods
      • Build and maintain talent maps for key roles and competitive companies.
      • Track sourcing data, iterate based on insights, and share learnings with the team.
      • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact through handoff.


      WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE?

      • 3-6 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally at a high-growth startup or agency.
      • Proven ability to source technical and non-technical roles using innovative, non-traditional channels.
      • Deep curiosity-you love the hunt, understand market dynamics, and think like a marketer.
      • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
      • Clear, concise communicator who can represent the brand well in writing and conversation.
      • Comfortable working independently in a fast-changing environment and wearing multiple hats.
