We are seeking a Contract Research Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. Ria Health, recognized as the leading national telehealth provider specializing in alcohol use disorder (AUD) treatment, recently raised $18 million in Series A led by SV Health Investors, LLC. The investment will further the momentum of commercial partnerships that include regional and national health plans, including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealth Group Optum, Beacon Health Options, Highmark Health, and Magellan Health.

Ria Health is a Center of Excellence that delivers a Joint Commission accredited program that leverages evidence-based pharmacotherapy, psychosocial support, and an engaging care delivery platform to help members achieve lasting improvements in their quality of life. Ria's published outcomes data set the standard for effectiveness in alcohol treatment. The Ria program is delivered through telehealth and by a care team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Coaches with clinical expertise to manage care and outcomes for Ria Health members.

      WORK AT RIA HEALTH AS A CONTRACT RESEARCH COORDINATOR

      Ria Health is seeking a Contract Research Coordinator to support and complete key research projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in clinical research, particularly in behavioral health, and who is comfortable stepping into existing workflows with minimal ramp-up. The contractor will play a key role in ensuring ongoing collaborations with academic institutions and internal stakeholders are effectively managed and outcomes reporting for payers and internally for program evaluation purposes are produced on a timely basis. .

      RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Manage and advance active research collaborations with Stanford and Mayo Clinic, ensuring continuity, data integrity, and timely deliverables.
      • Manage weekly or bi-weekly meetings with active research partners, including managing agendas and tracking deliverables.
      • Submit IRB revisions as needed.
      • Complete all necessary progress reports to NIH and the DSMB and manage all log ins related to research.
      • Manage the budget and tracking of activities related to the research budget, including and not limited to time tracking, patient care costs tracking.
      • Contribute to manuscript development and support journal submission processes.
      • Deliver monthly updates on key milestones, research impact, and progress.
      • Perform literature reviews and support ad hoc research tasks as needed.
      • Generate clinical outcomes reporting for monthly and quarterly payer reporting and periodically for program evaluation purposes.


      SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
      • Master's or PhD in Psychology, Public Health, Behavioral Science, or related field (or current enrollment in an advanced program with research experience).
      • 2+ years of experience in a clinical or behavioral health research setting.
      • Familiarity with clinical outcomes measures and electronic health records (e.g. Healthie or similar).
      • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong skills in literature review, research design, and data management.
      • Experience with manuscript writing and the academic publication process preferred.
      • Working knowledge of basic statistical analysis and tools such as R, SPSS, or similar platforms required.

      Compensation:

      Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

      Up to 20 hours per week.
