What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach and mentor development teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Identify and eliminate impediments to ensure smooth development processes
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize requirements and align with business goals
- Track and report key Agile metrics to monitor team progress and identify improvement areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for cross-functional Agile teams
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, SAFe, and related methodologies
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams toward high performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
