      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform contract awards and administration tasks for various procurements
      - Execute formation, bid, evaluation, award, administration, and closeout of complex purchase orders/contracts/subcontracts
      - Anticipate and resolve complex issues creatively and effectively
      - Collaborate with Legal Counsel on subcontract issues and disputes
      - Develop solicitations and manage the negotiation and administration of purchase orders/subcontracts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Five (5) to twelve (12) years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - DAWIA certification in contracting or FAC-C, or equivalent experience and training
      - Demonstrated experience in administration of large, small, and moderate size procurements
      - Working knowledge of change management procedures for RFPs and contract modifications
      - Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats with diverse customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline
      - Experience in construction contract administration
      - Familiarity with eSourcing/eAuctions and automated purchasing systems like SAP Ariba
      - Broad understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations
      - Recent hands-on experience in Federal Government contract management
