      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary liaison with executives, finance, legal, recruitment, and clinic operations regarding contract issues
      - Collaborate in contract workflow and amendment processes to ensure efficiency
      - Support decision-making by integrating legal, operational, and financial considerations
      - Maintain and update the electronic contract management system for vendor, provider, and consultant contracts
      - Review submitted documents and correspondence for compliance with regulations and organizational policy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4 years of equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of paralegal or contract experience
      - Paralegal certification preferred
      - Prior experience in a legal or healthcare setting
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with contract management software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare organization with knowledge of contract management processes
      - Strong analytical and negotiation skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
      - Familiarity with federal and state regulations related to healthcare contracts
