What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft and review contract documents, ensuring alignment with company needs and legal requirements
- Manage vendor relationships, including evaluating bids and negotiating contract terms
- Oversee compliance to ensure contracts adhere to relevant laws and regulations
- Administer contracts by tracking performance, managing amendments, and resolving disputes
- Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, legal, and operations to facilitate contract execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or equivalent with excellent academic credentials
- Minimum of 3 years of contract or direct customer experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of contract language and strong negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating contract terms and conducting cost analysis
- Proven ability to communicate complex details clearly and concisely
- Strong conflict resolution skills and independent judgment
