      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for various types of domestic Government contracts
      - Prepare and review contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
      - Collaborate with proposal, pricing, and accounting teams to support contract negotiations
      - Conduct RFP analysis and assist in proposal development and review
      - Resolve performance issues and propose mitigation strategies as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of prior relevant experience in contract administration or a Master's degree with 2-3 years of experience
      - In-depth knowledge of domestic contracting and U.S. Government regulations (FAR/DFARS)
      - Proven ability to manage multiple contractual activities with a quick turnaround time
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with contracting, FMS, DCS, large IDIQs, and multiple active task orders with the U.S. Government
      - Strong knowledge of negotiation best practices, Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and license agreements
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
