      We are looking for an uber organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Sarepta. This position will provide support to recruiters, hiring managers, and the entire TA team to ensure that the candidates have a positive interview experience, and to maintain a smooth and efficient recruiting process. The Coordinator will also get involved in many of the talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives/projects within Human Resources. This would be an exceptionally interesting role for someone who is interested in learning about the talent acquisition lifecycle and processes while being a member of a collaborative and fun team!

      Primary Responsibilities Include:

      • Post open jobs to the company website and external job sites
      • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate travel arrangements
      • Create candidate interview agendas
      • Promote an excellent candidate experience when communicating with candidates throughout the interview process
      • Initiate and manage the background check process, which might include working with the candidates directly to assist in verifying any discrepancies
      • Update candidate information in the company’s applicant tracking system
      • Draft candidate offer letters and submit via DocuSign
      • Assist recruiters and hiring managers with ad hoc requests
      • Schedule feedback sessions
      • Complete new-hire related requirements (e-Verify)
      • Assisting Operations with some onboarding, and the Lift-Off program
      • Provide other administrative support and project help to TA and HR where necessary

      Desired Education and Skills Requirements:

      • 6-12 months of previous administrative and customer-service experience
      • Bachelor’s degree required
      • Experience handling a wide range of administrative tasks preferably of a critical or confidential nature
      • Ability to work independently and prioritize own work
      • Experience in a customer service-oriented role
      • Proficiency with computer systems including MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel and applicant tracking systems is necessary
      • Strong organizational skills
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks at one time
      • Expert written and verbal communication skills
