What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate and advise designated contacts regarding necessary paperwork for the enrollment process
- Prepare and input demographic and enrollment data into the software system and submit applications
- Follow up with insurance companies on open applications
- Maintain credentialing files through payer portals, including EDI, EFT, and ERA
- Provide reports and status updates to clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with widely-used payer management tools
