      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather and organize information from various sources to create data banks for analysis and future planning
      - Provide advice and interpretation regarding financial activity and assist with policy implementation
      - Collaborate with the OSP Post-Award Assistant Director and Senior Financial Analyst on system upgrades
      - Guide departments on financial management of sponsored programs to ensure compliance with policies
      - Prepare and present reports of findings and recommendations to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Minimum of three years of grant and contract experience, or seven years of experience in lieu of a degree
      - Strong focus on financial compliance to minimize risks related to sponsored awards
      - Ability to use data and reporting tools for financial analysis
      - Exceptional communication skills to interact with various levels of management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Research Administrator (CRA) certification
      - Experience with financial operations in a higher education setting
      - Familiarity with federal compliance requirements for sponsored awards
      - Proven track record of providing technical analysis for financial performance
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
