What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and track contracts for the Administrative Services Division (ASD) on behalf of the Department of Transportation
- Advise and monitor stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Compile data and develop reports on contractual activities, trends, and compliance
- Attend meetings and participate in activities related to ASD’s contracts and objectives
- Perform additional duties as assigned relevant to the position
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a current, valid class-appropriate driver’s license
- Knowledge of State and Federal laws governing contractual agreements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Google Suites
- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Previous experience working in a governmental or public sector environment
- Advanced analytical skills and abilities in contract/lease analysis
- Experience with compliance monitoring and reporting
- Familiarity with business writing and effective professional communication
- Ability to handle challenging goals and deadlines effectively
