      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements and vendor contracts
      - Maintain accurate records of all contracts and monitor contract performance for timely renewals
      - Collaborate with internal teams to address contract-related issues and ensure compliance
      - Utilize Contract Lifecycle Management tools to streamline contracting processes
      - Support legal operations in developing and implementing best practices for contract management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of post-graduation experience in contract management, preferably in the software industry
      - Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
      - Experience with RFP processes and Contract Lifecycle Management tools
      - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
      - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctorate degree is a plus
      - Additional knowledge in Intellectual Property, data security, and litigation/dispute management
      - Familiarity with state and local government contracting
