What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of contracts related to community connect clinics and hospitals, including creating, editing, and maintaining change request contracts
- Ensure all client agreements comply with organizational policies and applicable legal standards
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of contract documents within the contract management system and shared drives
- Track and reconcile contract renewals while building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve shared goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or equivalent education and experience in a closely related field
- 2 or more years of experience with payer billing, collections, and reimbursement methodologies, and contract language requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure accuracy in work and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and adapt messaging for diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or another closely related field of study
- 2 or more years of experience working with contract laws and legal terminology
- Knowledge of contract management software and tools
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Healthcare knowledge and/or experience
