What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of contracts, including commercial development and manufacturing agreements
- Advise internal clients on contract interpretation and legal ramifications of contract terms
- Manage agreement amendments, renewals, and terminations while collaborating with various internal teams
- Partner with the legal team to support strategic business development functions and ensure internal alignment
- Provide guidance on procurement strategies and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; law degree preferred but not mandatory with significant experience
- 10+ years of experience in life sciences contract development and manufacturing organizations
- Deep understanding of procurement strategies and supply chain agreements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage internal client expectations
