What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute E24S projects for Engineering Development programs
- Ensure successful delivery of projects to cost, specification, and time
- Develop and maintain necessary documentation for project deliverables
- Monitor and report project lifecycle status while managing effective customer relationships
- Implement project management best practices to enhance business efficiencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree-level qualification, preferably a member of the Association of Programme Management or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in a relevant discipline
- Knowledge of Systems and Software development lifecycle (V or W model), with experience in agile or waterfall projects
- Experience leading aerospace programs/products through certification and into service
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Plans, MRP Primavera P6, and MS Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in software and hardware integration with knowledge of C++ and Linux
- Background in simulation, particularly in aerospace engine controls or acceptable automotive experience
- Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM structures
