Job Description

Serve as a strategic financial leader, providing insights on financial reporting, capital management, and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Prepare annual standalone financial statements and manage the independent audit process.
Support annual regulatory audits and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements.
Manage preparation and submission of regulatory reports, including FR 2900, FR 2644, FR 2420, TIC, and quarterly Call Reports.
Maintain and enhance an economic stress test model to support balance sheet and capital management decisions.
Develop and present board-level financial reporting packages, including KPIs, variance analysis, and strategic insights.
Collaborate on capital planning and balance sheet management strategies to maintain regulatory capital levels and optimize liquidity.
Drive process automation and efficiency improvements across finance and reporting functions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering accountability and growth.
Promote a culture of process ownership, results-oriented execution, and continuous improvement.
Ensure appropriate internal controls, segregation of duties, and adequate coverage across accounting areas.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
7+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting within a banking environment.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations.
Industrial bank experience preferred.
CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
