Job Description
- Req#: 81302
- Assist in monthly NI, SC & FO financial closing
- Prepare files for the month-end close process
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Prepare spreadsheets for analysis as needed for NI, SC & FO Controlling
- Assist in preparing for NI forecast and budget process
- Updating files with historical data for analysis
- Assist in preparing files for slide presentations
- Other misc. as needed
- Ad hoc assistance as needed across the controlling teams
- Requests from sales and operations depts
- Prepare historical repository of financial KPI trends (i.e. HPU, % to base, OiT, etc.)
- Assist in the daily OiT report.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Related Field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
- Must have reliable housing and transportation to commute to office each day. Housing assistance is not offered.
- Throughout your internship, we provide continuous feedback to assist in the intern’s development.
