What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver against quarterly sales objectives by executing perfect store principles
- Manage territory by recording weekly activity and customer insights in Salesforce
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with store owners and key customers
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
