- Sourcing candidates to fill open requisites using a variety of tools and processes.
- Collaborates with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to ensure efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the needs of the business.
- Assists in the job posting and advertisement process.
- Screens applicants and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists in interview process, attending and conducting interviews with Business Leaders and other stakeholders.
- Collaborates with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and/or others during the offer letter process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinates, attends and participates in college job fairs, community career fairs as well as military partnerships.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint and Publisher).
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Must have high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.

- Bachelors degree
- 1+ years of relevant experience; previous experience in human resources
- Certifications: Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
