What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create dialog flows and write content for voice and/or chat interfaces, utilizing AI technology
- Lead engagement with business stakeholders to prioritize and scope design efforts for superior user experiences
- Conduct design sessions, UX requirements definition sessions, and design thinking workshops
- Guide effective documentation and communication design through various formats including wireframes and prototypes
- Deliver articulate presentations to peers, executives, and stakeholders supporting UX work and concepts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, or design program or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience designing multi-channel customer-centered experiences
- 3+ years of experience in VUI or conversational design in contact centers or enterprise virtual assistants
- Effective communication skills with technical expertise
- Demonstrable experience designing voice/text-based conversational flows for virtual assistants
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in business, technology, or design program
- Experience with Visual Design for ChatBot
- Familiarity with scaled agile (SAFe) methodology
- Strong research and analysis background including user interviews and usability testing
- Prior design experience from a leading brand recognized for customer experience
