Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests, underpinning our commitment to purpose-driven growth.
UX Informed CRO: Leverage your UX research skills to gain deeper insights into user needs, behaviors, and motivations. Align these insights with CRO to provide a holistic and innovative stakeholder experience.
Buyer Journey Analysis: Investigate the complete buyer journey, identify pain points, and craft strategies that both enhance user experience and optimize conversions.
Team Collaboration: Mentor a UX researcher and UX architect, ensuring that our digital touchpoints cater to our users and robustly support the marketing missions of our global firms.
Reporting & Communication: Consistently communicate your findings and test results to senior stakeholders, emphasizing our commitment to insightful and impactful communication.
Continuous Learning: Remain updated on the newest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in both CRO and UX fields.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Analytics, or a related field with CRO focus.
Requires 6+ years of hands-on experience in CRO with an in-depth understanding of UX research.
A minimum of 4 years’ mastery level proficiencies in CRO tools and platforms, with familiarity in UX research tools.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Prior experience in the financial services domain.
A record of using CRO to drive significant business growth with an understanding of how UX insights played a role.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
Familiarity in measurement and user research tools.
