      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet and exceed sales growth targets within the assigned territory
      - Manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and activities
      - Build and maintain relationships with key converters and OEM customers
      - Develop and implement strategic business plans for key converter customers
      - Train and support divisional partners at OEM accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possess a current, valid driver’s license
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and/or three (3) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
      - High school diploma/GED or ten (10) years of selling experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
      - Compliance with pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history
      - Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the tape converting industry or within the employer's industrial market center
      - Experience managing relationships with corner office executives
      - Strong presentation skills and proficiency in CRM (Salesforce.com)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Background in business planning and sales strategies
