      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet and exceed sales growth targets within assigned territory
      - Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and activities
      - Build and maintain relationships with key converters and OEM customers
      - Develop and implement business plans and strategies for key accounts
      - Train and support divisional partners at OEM accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possess a current, valid driver’s license
      - Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university and/or three (3) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment; OR High School Diploma/GED with ten (10) years of selling experience
      - Ability to comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards
      - Strong presentation skills and proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the tape converting industry or within the employer's industrial market center
      - Experience managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders
      - Strong business planning skills
